Friday

The cottage is lovely.  I have my own bedroom with my travel cot in, although we had to rearrange the furniture to fit it in.  Mummy and Daddy are on one side and my bathroom is the other side and Granny and Grandad are in the attic.  There are gates on the stairs to keep me safe and I have my own high chair.

I have brought lots of my favourite toys from home, including my big yellow dumper truck, my laptop, my drum, a few phones, lots of books, balls, cars, Thomas the Tank Engine which Nanny bought me for my holiday,  and a few cuddly friends.

I had a little walk around Elterwater today whilst we waited to pick up the key.  I thought I should establish the ground rules and so I walked in the long wet grass, picked up everything I could find on the ground and always went the wrong way. 

Then I did the same in the garden before bed.  This holiday is going to be a breeze.  Grandad and Granny Sue are so besotted with me, they are going to be push overs!
